Job Duties

• Lead and manage the Analysis and Quality Assurance functions within Product Delivery;
• Author functional and system specifications and documentation based on business requirements;
• Develop and document a product test plan strategy based on system requirements;
• Work with the development team to make necessary client-driven adjustments to the CapAssure® offering;
• Coordinate and work with Onboarding team to understand business requirements and deliver Product solutions for standing up new clients on CapAssure;
• Manage and help drive development prioritization and planning for software migration/deployments;
• Support Client Servicing teams’ delivery of services using CapAssure, provide production support on the application as well as support the teams’ analysis of data and results, providing business and functional insight;
• Create data and develop test cases to enable end-to-end verification of accounting and financial workflows;
• Record and document results from test cases and compare to expected results;
• Initiate and perform systems and acceptance testing;
• Perform high level and detailed analysis of financial data from private equity clients from a variety of sources, including General Ledger systems, Excel spreadsheets, and proprietary or legacy systems;
• Manage migration of data onto CapAssure®;
• Perform setup, configuration and validation tasks of client dedicated SaaS platform;
• Respond to and successfully execute ongoing client requests for data, reports, analysis and system changes;
• Document and investigate client reported software defects or issues;
• Active participation in ongoing communication between AD/IEA and client firms;
• Own software release planning, coordination of the release process and resources participating in these processes;
• Develop tools or prototypes to facilitate and automate software testing from a system’s and data perspective.
• Manage internally and externally defined workstreams and priorities within Product Delivery.
• Lead role in defining business functionality to understand and incorporate needs and requests of internal and external clients.
• Evaluate and manage overall risk while defining priorities and deadlines for deliverables.
• Testing and process management in an environment with strict control policies and procedures including SoC 1 and internal corporate compliance driven.
• Managing of all phases of testing, review and signoff of testing team’s results and findings, and targeting appropriate next steps.
• Identifying reliable systems solutions that meet client requirements, including: translating client business requirements into product configuration changes, and working with the technical architects to identify required software to support the client need.
• Preparing examples of analysis and processing to demonstrate proposed/actual results and ability to effectively communicate work products with others, including clients and partners.
• Telecommuting permitted up to 80%
• Travel required to various unanticipated sites throughout U.S.

Job Requirements

Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Information Technology, Computer Science, Management Information Technology, or related field and 8 years of experience in the job offered or Senior Manager Product Delivery related occupation.

Experience must include:

 8 years of experience with each of the following:

• Utilizing software development lifecycle, from requirements analysis to formal system delivery and proven experience that demonstrates competence with the Systems Development Lifecycle process and management of the lifecycle for a Packaged software application, delivered through Software as a Service model (SaaS model).
• Creating and executing all phases of testing: unit, system, regression, user acceptance and post production migration test plans, including definition of scenarios and test cases to fully validate that system processing is in line with requirements and expectations and includes creating expected results for the test.
• Understanding “cause and effect”, demonstrated through analyzing system results, applying understanding of the expected system processing and understanding why a specific outcome was received, identifying if this is appropriate and then identifying next steps such as additional validation, changes required, and appropriate resolution path.
