What We Need
The Lead Infrastructure Engagement Manager within the Cloud & Core Infrastructure and Operations division of Enterprise Technology will be responsible for the management, execution, governance, communication, and strategy for one or multiple mission critical Infrastructure programs. This role acts as the primary interface between technical teams and business stakeholders to ensure successful outcomes of critical Infrastructure initiatives. These programs include but are not limited to Patch Management, Vulnerability Management, Infrastructure Data Governance, Systems Management, Disaster Recovery, Data Center Operations, and Infrastructure Audit/Compliance/Risk. The ideal candidate will have expertise in leading one or many of these Infrastructure programs coupled with knowledge of Audit & Compliance, IT Service Management (ITSM), Cloud Operations, Network administration, Desktop, and Enterprise Risk Management. This role frequently interacts with IT senior management, business leaders across the organization, and technical delivery teams. As such, the ability to communicate effectively with all layers of the company is key. In addition, this role requires critical decision making, senior level communication, strong presentation skills, and the ability to continuously improve Infrastructure Delivery, Security, and Compliance within a highly regulated matrixed organization.
This role is eligible for our Flex Persona, for candidates local to our Boston MA and Hingham MA offices.
Your Day to Day
Collaboration with Application Development, Infrastructure, and 3rd party vendors to ensure the delivery of the Infrastructure Programs enables both current and future business needs
Communicate effectively with internal colleagues as well as IT management to set clear expectations from a timeline, functionality, and service delivery perspective.
Routinely assess infrastructure programs and recommend ideas for continuous improvement and/or automation opportunities
Identify and baseline Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for critical infrastructure programs
Act as a liaison between infrastructure technology partners/vendors and other business areas
Manage complex technical issues and projects with insourced, outsourced, and 3rd party teams.
Deliver Audit/Compliance responses in a thoughtful, strategic, and articulate manner
Ability to manage multiple Infrastructure Programs with a continuous learning mindset
Foster strong working and interpersonal relationships.
Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills enable the ability to influence decisions
Solid foundational knowledge of IT: Systems, Network, Desktop Cloud, Databases, App/Dev, etc.
Self-starter with leadership skills required to be successful in this role.
You must know when to ask for assistance, and when to give assistance. Must be approachable, teachable, and a team player with a strong desire to continue learning and expanding their experience in a highly evolving security focused environment.
Willingness to work beyond core business hours, if necessary, to minimize business interruption during planned or unplanned outages.
Possess expert level troubleshooting skills.

What You Bring
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, and/or related job experience.
Requires at least 10+ years of Information Technology job experience.
Experience working for a highly regulated organization, preferably within healthcare, along with detailed knowledge of HiTrust, SOC2, HIPAA, and NIST security compliance frameworks.
