CSR Project Assistant - Internship

Job Description

WHAT YOU WILL BE WORKING ON

Main challenge​

Your main mission will be to ensure the operational deployment of the CSR program 'Play the Good Game', covering Gameloft's three pillars : ​

environmental, societal, and social, while promoting CSR culture across teams​

What it means on a daily basis​

Operational Deployment: ​

• Support the operational rool-out of Gameloft’s CSR strategy and ensure rigorous follow-up (e.g. Green Game Jam, carbon footprint reduction, etc.)​

• Develop and coordinate operational tools (guidelines, training materials, awareness campaigns)​

• Conduct benchmarks to identify CSR best practices within the gaming industry​ and monitor CSR-related regulations and industry developments (standards, initiatives, news)​

Internal Engagement & Communication​

• Design and roll out employee engagement initiatives (CSR Days, green activations, etc.)​

• Animate the CSR ambassador network within the studios​

• Support collective CSR actions and coordinate with internal teams​

• Work closely with the communication team to promote CSR initiatives internally

Who you will be working with​

You will assist our Corporate & CSR Communications Manager and work together with the rest of the communication

Qualifications

WHO YOU ARE

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills​

• Proactive and well-organized, with the ability to suggest and implement actionable initiatives​

• Strong team spirit and ability to engage and coordinate diverse stakeholders​

WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED

• Master’s degree with a specialization or first experience in CSR, sustainable development, or project management​

• Strong ability to lead cross-functional projects and foster engagement​

• Fluent English mandatory.
