HR Consultant, Googler Experience (English, French)

<h3>Minimum qualifications:</h3><ul> <li>Bachelor’s degree in Leadership Development, Organizational Development, I/O Psychology, Talent Management, or equivalent practical experience.</li> <li>6 years of experience in talent/leadership development, HR consulting, or HR.</li> <li>4 years of experience in scalable program design/management/delivery and change management.</li> <li>Ability to communicate in English and French fluently to support client relationship management in this region.</li> </ul><br/><h3>Preferred qualifications:</h3><ul> <li>Master's degree in Leadership Development, Organizational Development, I/O Psychology, or Talent Management, or a related field.</li> <li>Experience analyzing information, drawing conclusions, generating alternatives and solutions, and evaluating outcomes.</li> <li>Understanding of people and talent offering philosophies to carry out programs and projects across business areas.</li> <li>Understanding of stakeholder needs through dialogue before conducting analysis and making recommendations.</li> <li>Understanding of current and future processes needed to pursue continuous improvement in HR and Talent policies and practices.</li> <li>Ability to communicate in Dutch or Flemish fluently to support client relationship management in this region.</li> </ul><h3>About the job</h3><p>People Operations strives to revolutionize human resources the same way that Google has revolutionized search.
