Channel Factory is headquartered in the United States and has global offices across 20+ cities/countries. This position will be based in the United States reporting to the Lead Recruiter and HR Director.
Channel Factory is in search of a junior recruitment to join our team. As a junior recruiter, you will be working closely with our recruitment agency partners and internal teams across all departments of Channel Factory to help drive our staffing efforts. This role will be pivotal for the development and growth of our expanding organization. You will have the opportunity to take ownership of various tasks under the direction of our Lead Recruiter and HR team members such as resume sourcing, screening, and work collaboratively with our recruitment agency partners and internal leadership and hiring managers to schedule and confirm interviews.
This individual must have excellent project management and communication skills, able to foster relationships with both employees and external vendors. This person should ideally have experience in hiring and other human resources procedures. Responsibilities
- Project manage the international staffing needs and operations of the company
- Maintaining constant communication with our 3rd party vendors/recruitment agency partners, including those in the Mexico market.
- Ensure we receive resumes and positions in a timely manner.
- Liaise with recruiting agencies to help coordinate and schedule candidate interviews with internal leadership and hiring managers in a timely manner.
- Help ensure internal teams abide by set processes and procedures in regard to Mexico and international staffing and laws.
- Escalate any issues to the appropriate internal parties (ie. HR, and upper management).
- Participate in weekly meetings between Staffing vendors and the Internal team, taking detailed notes of each session.
- Assist the Recruiter with resume sourcing, screening, and interview scheduling for the US market on an as-needed basis.
- Resume sourcing for digital marketing professionals across Strategy, Account Management, AdOps, Product; including Software Engineer, Design, Product Management, and Project Management, and more!
- Evaluate and screen resumes and cover letters.
- Conduct phone, Google Meet, Zoom, and Skype candidate interviews
- Provide a shortlist of qualified candidates to hiring managers
- Prepare and share staffing updates with HR team members.
- Assist with the design and implementation of overall recruiting strategy.
- Consult with managers to discover staff requirements and specific job objectives
- Help the hiring team with recruiting methods and interview questions
- Write and post job descriptions on online recruitment platforms and websites. Work with internal teams to ensure open job positions are up to date on our company website.
- Assist the Recruitment team with the final Interview stage Process: Reference Checks.
- Reach out to candidates to request references, and work to complete/process references, ensuring the Hiring managers are updated with feedback.
- Maintain a complete record of interviews and new hires
- Stay up-to-date with current recruiting methods and trends.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- At least 2+year experience working as a staffing coordinator or similar position
- General knowledge of relevant legal regulations (equal employment opportunity, relocation, employment laws, visa procedures etc.)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Outstanding organizational, planning and project manag
