About the role
<p>Our client is a global company in the logistics industry. We are looking for an experienced <strong>Strategic People and Culture Partner </strong>for their growing team.</p><p><strong>Requirements</strong></p><p><strong>Job Requirements</strong></p><ul> <li>Drive proactive follow-ups on deliverables to advance the strategic agenda effectively.</li> <li>Represent business unit and communicate people-related decisions at C-1 level.</li> <li>Collaborate with the Center of Excellence and the Executive Leader (ExBo member) to develop and implement HR projects that support business objectives.</li> <li>Empower leaders in enhancing employee engagement and performance through strategic initiatives.</li> <li>Facilitate workshops and training related to the annual HR cycle for managers across all the business units (performance and goals, merit, talent reviews, and succession planning amongst other).</li> <li>Support executives in top talent identification and ensure that actionable development plans are created and delivered by the leaders.</li> <li>Identify the need for future competencies and ensure necessary actions to fill the gaps.</li> <li>Role modeling leadership essence, living the values and culture shaper.</li> <li>Directly support leaders to enable them to create an open, trusted, and empowered culture in their units.</li> <li>Support business leaders at all levels, in their own end-to-end ownership of their employees' journey, through senior leaders and executives.</li> <li>Create an organizational culture of curious self-starters, ensuring that all leaders and colleagues strive to solve tasks independently.</li> <li>Ensure investigation of cases of complaints, misconduct, harassment, bullying etc., from any leader and employee by using the PnC community to ensure non-biased investigations and, together with the Legal department, decide on correct actions to implement.</li> </ul><p><strong>Candidate Requirements</strong></p><ul> <li>Demonstrable successful record as People Manager or People Partner for 5+years or 5+ years as a leader of larger teams.</li> <li>Bachelor’s degree in business administration, HR Management or Organizational Psychology is an advantage.</li> <li>Good understanding of People processes. </li> <li>Analytical thinking with an ability to systematize and process a big amount of information. </li> <li>Eager to implement his/her ideas, based on future People and Culture trends and the best practices, tied to business strategy. </li> <li>Ability to work in a dynamic environment, positive attitude and great organizational, communication and leadership skills. </li> <li><strong>Norvegian and English language skills.</strong></li> </ul><p><strong>Benefits</strong></p><ul> <li>Career opportunities</li> <li>Learning and development programs</li> <li>Collaborative culture</li> <li>Rewards and recognition</li> </ul>
