Job Description

• Serve as delivery lead for client projects around data strategy and architecture
• Lead product ownership initiatives for clients, collaborating with cross-functional teams to define and prioritize features that align with business goals.
• Develop data-driven strategies that enhance customer experiences and inform key business decisions.
• Identify innovative solutions that drive value for clients and their customers.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand pain points, identify opportunities, and implement effective problem-solving approaches.
• Work closely with clients to understand their business objectives and challenges, offering solutions that align with their goals.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships through effective communication and collaboration.
• Help define and amplify key market messages, such as composable CDP through speaking engagements, blog posts, webinars etc..

Qualifications

• Be collaborative and show an ability to work well in a matrix 
• Proven ability to build a high-performing team of experts 
• Experience building services offerings 
• Deep understanding of one or more cloud providers (Google and AWS preferred, Azure appreciated) 
• Experience building highly scalable, high-data volume systems with data visualization and CDP components. 
• Strong understanding of platform composition best practices including CDP/composable CDP, data quality monitoring, data governance, cost management, CI/CD and DevOps 
• Experience with automation software for environment management 
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written 

Additional Information

The starting base pay range for this role is $150k - $160k. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent on several factors including but not limited to skill set and experience, certifications, training, and location. It is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range and determining factors for compensation are considered for each individual circumstance.
