Job Summary
This position supports the Ethics & Compliance department by analyzing and presenting compliance data to discover trends for continuous improvement and provide insight to help leaders make risk informed decisions. The position will also support the ERM team, playing a valuable, hands-on support role for identifying, assessing, monitoring, and mitigating enterprise risks. The position will identify, develop, and leverage new and existing tools to enhance analysis and reporting capabilities and achieve operational efficiency. In this regard, the position will have overall responsibility for administering the current platform used for collecting and maintain all compliance data.
Job Responsibilities
- Managing compliance systems, performance monitoring, implementation, and operational support of information technology systems (such as SAI 360), as well as making recommendations to changes/updates to systems to meet the business needs.
- Conducting data analysis to look for trends, correlation between concerns and compliance initiatives, etc. to drive future compliance initiatives.
- Using technologies (Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI) to build and enhance data analysis and reporting.
- Participating in discussions with subject matter experts to identify/assess top risks, and supporting the data collection, development, and maintenance of enterprise risk profiles.
- Developing detailed analyses of risks and their impacts on the Company using ERM’s methodology, and identifying and documenting appropriate and actionable risk mitigation plans.
- Developing and maintaining risk registers with mitigation plans; tracking and reporting status of mitigations, and preparing reports that provide insights to help leaders make risk informed decisions.
- Collaborating with other functional groups throughout the Company to ensure the continuing development and integration of the Compliance and ERM programs.
