Vice President of Revenue Operations

WHAT YOU'LL WORK ON 

We are seeking an exceptional operations leader with a proven track record of building systems for a growth-stage B2B SaaS organization. As the Vice President of Revenue Operations (RevOps), you will be responsible for overseeing our centralized RevOps org to facilitate Qualia's go-to-market (GTM) motion. RevOps' mission is to drive performance across each business unit while keeping the big picture in mind to fuel revenue growth. As a strategic leader, you will implement operating principles and develop a world-class operations team.

RESPONSIBILITIES 

• Architect an operational cadence to align initiatives across Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams 
• Align and direct operational priorities to maximize customer acquisition, growth, and retention in order to achieve revenue goals 
• Oversee and scale a high-functioning operations team 
• Oversee the implementation of new technologies to support internal operations at scale
• Develop systems and processes for ongoing tracking, reporting, forecasting, and analysis of key business functions 
• Develop training programs to enable employees to adopt new systems and processes
• Establish controls to maintain data integrity across our business systems
• Engage with senior partners and take ownership of key projects to drive the organization forward 
• Act as a key business partner to the Finance team 
• Oversee our deal desk organization to increase deal velocity, uplift revenue, and bring order to revenue streams 
• Drive organizational change management, collaborating with company executives to achieve strategic objectives

• Experience leading operations within a SaaS company at the $100 million+ growth stage
• Strategic consulting and business analysis experience 
• Proven track record as a leader driving operational excellence 
• Excellent leadership skills and the ability to inspire direct and cross-functional teams
• Consistent track record of scaling people and systems in high-growth tech organizations
• Demonstrated ability to analyze complex data sets, identify trends and insights, and make data-driven decisions
• Strategic problem solver with an operational mindset, able to understand the big picture and translate high-level business goals into actionable plans 
• Ability to simplify complex challenges, implement solutions, and project manage across teams to drive results 
• Knowledge of change management, communications, and training best practices
• Startup mindset: Self-starter, resourceful, and willing to roll up your sleeves and dive deep when needed 
• Bias towards action while fostering a positive and collaborative environment
