Senior Philanthropy Assistant

The Senior Philanthropy Assistant performs administrative operational support functions for the Foundation related to funds received for deposit, purchase requests, and invoices, and coordinates processes essential to day-to-day functioning of the foundation office. This position helps bridge key facets for services essential for all programs, ensuring efficient workflow and excellent customer service for donors, staff, and general public. In addition, the position involves a variety of complex technical tasks that require knowledge of the CPO's work commitments and foundation priorities. The position is supervised by the Director Donor Engagement and is key to linkage between front office and program activities.

Required Qualifications:
- 3 years office or administrative experience.
- 2 years experience performing highly skilled computer applications including word processing, spreadsheets, list management, and financial reporting.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent educ/experience
- Experience with donor software programs.
