Role Summary:
The Data Analyst will support the development of decision intelligence (DI) applications from initial design conception through full implementation and handoff. This role reports to the Sr Product Owner and is responsible for program reporting and analytics across our roadmap. The position supports the team during all stages of development with a focus on 1-2 applications. In addition, this role contributes to overall program management and is responsible for reporting capabilities.
Responsibilities:
Minimum Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
•Supply Chain Expertise: Strong background in supply chain management with demonstrated ability to understand complex business processes and identify opportunities for process improvement via advanced analytics, predictive modeling, and data-driven insights. •Advanced Analytics Aptitude: Proven ability to quickly master cutting-edge analytical tools and the ability to understand appropriate use cases for machine learning, AI-driven optimization, heuristic models, and predictive analytics applications in supply chain transformation. •Data Analysis & Reporting: Proficiency in sophisticated value tracking methodologies, advanced reporting systems, and analytical processes required to measure and communicate the transformative business impact of next-generation supply chain analytics and intelligent automation. •Cross-Functional Innovation: Experience driving analytical solutions across multiple business functions with diverse stakeholders. •Application design & development: Experience working with developers to design business processes and manage the development and adoption of software tools. Strategic Value Creation: Strong analytical mindset with ability to translate advanced analytics implementations into measurable business outcomes and guide the development team towards the highest value-add features to ensure that cutting-edge supply chain intelligence delivers transformative value required
Experience and Education:
Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in manufacturing, supply chain, or digital transformation roles within the food and beverage or consumer packaged goods industries. Proven experience in leading digital factory and connected worker projects.
