We are looking for an enthusiastic NewStrategic Alliances leader, who will be responsible for developing the pipeline of potential opportunities for strategic alliances and partnerships and their prioritization, as well as the identification, search and analysis of companies for possible acquisition or investment by the corporation, working with the Corporate Development teams.
What you’ll do
Develop and drive EFX Iberia's growth and innovation agenda through strategic alliances and corporate development, in order to reach partnerships, in accordance with the Growth Playbook (GPB) or Strategic Plan of the Company, and that will help to co-innovate and/or obtain new data sets that help generate different and innovative products or solutions to sell, or that help distribute through other companies such as channel partners, or help connect with other companies, so that we can sell our products or solutions.
Be responsible for the P&L of Strategic Alliances and analysis of its metrics, as well as the corporate development strategy for Iberia, aligned with the European region, so that the impact on the generation of new sustainable revenues and with the operating margin expected by the Company is demonstrated.
Develop, build and maintain a strong portfolio of strategic alliances, partnerships and corporate development opportunities to support our product-led strategy.
Be responsible for the strategic alliances, partnerships and corporate development roadmap at EFX Iberia. Work closely with cross-functional teams to prioritize and facilitate data-driven decisions to meet the planned roadmap.
Create a rigorous customer-obsessed and innovative culture that leads to a comfortable partner experience, based on deep thinking, delivery focus and data-driven decision making; Maximize collaboration by building trust with cross-functional teams.
Provide thought leadership and advise on partnership priorities, based on a deep understanding of the product/business segment and competitive landscape.
Drive the alliance identification and selection processes in collaboration with product/business areas and interconnected winners across industries and geographies to fill capability/offer gaps.
Manage relationships for a portfolio of alliances, directly and through team members.
Oversee the Alliance's delivery model, working with Operations, Technology and other teams, supporting the incorporation of new alliances, applying the appropriate baseline assessment, planning, measurement and governance with partners and establishing clear rules of engagement.
Develop, train and retain the best talent to build the best Partnerships and Corporate Development team.
What experience you need
More than 5 years of relevant and credible experience in building and launching successful partnerships and alliances. Experience in corporate development will be highly valued.
Demonstrated experience in data- and technology-driven businesses in cloud-native environments.
Data Expert: Demonstrated experience working in product environments heavily driven by data and analytics.
Strong executive presence and ability to influence senior leaders and teams.
Leadership Skills: Build and lead successful teams, both direct and cross-functional.
Comfortable operating in a flexible environment (agile, waterfall, blended) and within frameworks and methodologies such as Design Thinking, with strong analytical and quantitative skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate with team members at various levels, including business leaders and being able to represent Equifax to customers and the market.
Ability to implement concepts, ideas and plans while functioning in a flexible and constantly changing environment.
Attention to detail, including accurate and effective interpersonal communications, active listening, and proven ability to manage a variety of priorities simultaneously.
Comfortable presenting to an executive audience and leading large, diverse cross-functional teams in a calm, balanced and professional manner.
Education:
Degree: Bs in Economics, Engineer, Mathematics or Marketing
Languages: English proficiency.
IT: Management of Google Suite package
