Job Description Summary
Serve as a key member of Transamerica’s Financial Planning and Analysis team, with responsibility for providing analysis and insight into capital generation results and leading annual budget process for Transamerica’s capital generation.Job Description
Responsibilities
Lead a team within FP&A responsible for management reporting with additional ownership for some regulatory reporting deliverables, while acting as a technical and subject matter expert.
Lead preparation of capital-related reporting packages for senior management, governance committees, and other stakeholders, distilling complex data into succinct and clear presentations. Review and approve content and deliverables.
Play a key role in budget creation, forecasting, and continuous evaluation of results, providing detailed analysis and reporting for both regulatory and management requirements.
Partner with business units, Corporate FP&A, Actuarial, Risk, Treasury, Tax, and Accounting to ensure capital forecasts and reporting are aligned and well supported.
