Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate closely with Creative Strategists and Media Buyers to align video content with marketing campaigns and goals.
• Oversee production budgets, ensuring efficient allocation of resources without compromising creative quality.
• Lead a dynamic team, fostering a culture of creativity, innovation, and excellence.

Requirements

• 3-5+ years of experience in video production, with a focus on content for paid social and YouTube direct response advertising.

• Demonstrated skill in managing remote team members and coordinating with freelance talent.
• Experience in collaborating with casting teams to select the best talent for video projects.
• Proven ability to manage multiple brand projects simultaneously.
