What You'll Do as a Customer Resolutions Specialist

Service Call Management: Answer and process customer service calls, identify issues, and assign appropriate solutions

Customer Engagement: Handle ITT service calls, ensuring timely and effective service. As well as assist customers with supply orders and manage deliveries.

Invoicing and Reporting: Process service invoices and ensure proper call closure. Review and audit service invoices for accuracy before sending them to customers.

Collaboration: Work closely with Service Manager, Technical Training Director, Customer Success Managers, and Parts/Supplies departments to resolve issues.

Training and Development: Engage in ongoing training to enhance technical skills and service knowledge.

Systems Management: Proficiently use internal systems such as SIMS, E-Auto, and MyPrinterManager for service requests, orders, and invoicing.

• Strong attention to detail to process service calls, orders, and invoices.

• Comfortability with understanding technical issues related to equipment.

• Excellent ability to work cross-functionally with multiple teams.
