This team specializes in three key areas:
- Hardware Standards and Management
- Media Technologies (AV, Digital Signage, Space Booking, Background Music etc.):
- Print Management: Overseeing efficient and effective print solutions across Corewell Health.
As a Technical Analyst, you'll have the opportunity to rotate between these core areas, gaining invaluable hands-on experience and contributing to our mission of delivering exceptional digital services.
Essential Functions
- Working with a variety of care providers, end-users and DS teams, while ensuring alignment with regulatory, biomedical and DS standards, support client, clinical and medical technologies and their systems through device, application and workflow analysis, process improvement; communication/education; requirements definition; navigation; recommendations; installation; replacement and problem resolution.
- Documents workflows, problems, resolutions and DS procedures.
- Functioning as primary point of contact for end user problem identification and as collaborative liaison to any/all DS teams, helps drive problem resolution. Understands and applies event correlation/log analysis, failure analysis/reporting, root cause analysis and risk assessment.
- Participates in process improvement efforts, projects, testing and evaluation of new clinical systems, and implementation of prototypes.
- Understands the patient safety is the highest priority, and provides a role model in customer service excellence to customers, less experience team members and DS as a whole.
- Makes opportunities to expand skills by learning from those more experience, and shares knowledge by coaching less seasoned Technical Analysts.
- Knowledge of Digital Employee Experience (DEX) principles - familiar with strategies and technologies that enhance employee interactions with their digital work environment).
- Systems Monitoring/Management, Application Performance Management, and Automation and Workflow Orchestration - Capable of implementing automated processes and orchestrating workflows to enhance operational efficiency.
Qualifications
Required
- Associate's Degree or equivalent
- 2 years of relevant experience in the field
- Technical Skills:
- Powershell
- Windows Operating Systems (Windows 10, 11, Windows Server 2012, 2016, 2019, etc.)
- Enterprise Print Management
- Vendor relationship management
- Change Management - Experienced in implementing and managing change to minimize disruption.
Preferred
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent
- 3 years of relevant experience in the field
- Technical Skills:
- Nexthink (Configuration & Management)
- BitBucket
- RunDeck
- Microsoft Power Automate
- ServiceNow
- Linux Operating Systems (Red Hat, Ansible, iGEL, etc.)
- Mac Operating Systems (MacOS, iOS, etc.)
