Praytell is seeking a talented and experienced Senior Art Director to join our creative team. The Senior Art Director will be responsible for leading and managing the development of creative concepts, visual designs, and campaigns that effectively meet the objectives of our clients, as well as our agency creative.

As a Senior Art Director, you will:

• Develop and execute creative concepts and visual designs that align with client's goals and objectives.
• Collaborate with copywriters, designers, and other members of the creative team to create high-quality, engaging content that resonates with clients and Praytell’s target audience.
• Lead and manage the creative development process from concept to execution, ensuring all projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to a high standard.
• Provide direction and guidance to junior and mid level designers and other team members, ensuring the quality of their work meets the standards of the brand.
• Stay up-to-date with creative/design trends and new technologies - including AI - to ensure our creative output is innovative and competitive.
• Present creative concepts and designs to senior management and other stakeholders, and be able to clearly articulate the rationale behind the creative direction.
• Work with external agencies and vendors as necessary to execute campaigns and projects.

Requirements

What You Have:

• As the Senior Art Director, you have 6+ years of experience working in an agency environment, performing creative tasks related to design, art direction and creative development.
• You have a strong portfolio of work demonstrating a range of design styles and executional formats.
