Frontend Developer

Requirements

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to discuss interface ideas and application requirements.
• Analyze UI/UX designs and convert them into high-quality, interactive web components.
• Design and implement intuitive user interactions using modern front-end practices.
• Develop responsive user interface components using React and related concepts.
• Build reusable JavaScript code while adhering to React.js workflows and best practices.
• Troubleshoot UI issues and debug application code efficiently.
• Contribute to front-end architecture that supports scalable user interfaces.
• Continuously monitor, optimize, and enhance front-end performance.
• Maintain documentation for application changes, updates, and new features.
• Configure analytics dashboards and visualizations where required.

Required Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
• 6 months to 1 year of experience working with React.js or similar frameworks.
• Strong understanding of JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and modern front-end languages.
• Proficiency in ES6+ features and libraries such as jQuery or Lodash.
• Hands-on experience with React tools such as Webpack, Enzyme, Redux, or Flux.
• Familiarity with UI/UX principles and applying design best practices.
• Experience with Next.js for server-side rendering (SSR).
• Ability to make practical UI/UX improvement suggestions.
• Proficiency using Git for version control.
• Experience with testing frameworks like Mocha or Jest (preferred).
• Strong debugging and problem-solving abilities using browser-based tools.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Computer Science or a related field
• Experience: 1–3 years (preferred range)
