This is an opportunity to create efficiency in the national resilience enterprise. As a Mission Readiness Strategy and Improvement Project Manager, you’ll use your expertise to help assess how alterations will impact business processes and develop solutions to ensure organizational readiness. From unrealized potential to systemic challenges, your team will provide your client with a holistic view of their organization to transform their practices and be ready when mission operations call.

You Have:

  • 7+ years of experience in the support of emergency management

  • Experience working independently on small project teams

  • Experience with using Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Visio

  • Knowledge of concepts of organizational strategy and performance

  • Ability to apply industry standards for organizational operations, including planning, training, assessing, or improving

  • Ability to work in a team environment, conduct research and analysis, and develop high-quality written reports and briefings

  • Ability to travel up to 50%

  • Ability to obtain a Secret clearance

  • Bachelor’s degree  

Nice If You Have: 

  • Experience with designing, developing, and conducting organizational performance assessments

  • Experience with Federal and state Government relationships and policies

  • Experience with SharePoint

  • Experience with ArcGIS

  • Knowledge of emergency management fundamentals

  • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment and balance multiple high-priority assignments

  • Possession of excellent consulting skills, including problem-solving, critical thinking, and research and analysis skills

  • Possession of excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • HSEEP Certification

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $75,600.00 to $172,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
