Network Operations Specialist

The Network Operations Support Specialist team member will be responsible for day-to-day operations. You will also be responsible for ensuring all site connectivity is up and functioning for all AFS sites 24x7x365. You will participate in working support tickets and requests company wide. Team member will participate in meetings and operational projects. Travel will be required as needed to the sites.
The work:
- Administration of all network equipment
- Configuration of switch port and firewalls
- Network support for local site as well as all other sites
- SolarWinds monitoring
- Rotating On-call support schedule
Here's What You Need:
- US Citizen on US soil (required)
- 2 years of Cisco Switching
- 1 year of OSPF Routing Experience
- 1 year of Palo Alto firewall experience
- 1 year of DHCP experience
- 1 year of DNS experience
- Work support tickets, make changes where necessary using the CR process.
- Escalate issues/concerns to management.
Bonus Points if you have:
- 1 year of BGP Routing experience
- 1 year of Aruba Wireless Controller experience
- 1 year of F5 experience
- 1 year of Juniper SRX firewall experience
- 1 year of Azure with VPN gateway, NSG experience

The base pay range for this position in these locations is shown below. Compensation for roles at Accenture Federal Services varies depending on a wide array of factors, including but not limited to office location, role, skill set and level of experience.
