What You’ll Do:
- Handle apartment repairs (electrical, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry)
- Complete service requests & on-call emergencies
- Maintain buildings, grounds, and amenities
- Manage maintenance tools, supplies, and compliance standards
What We’re Looking For:
- High School Diploma or GED
- HVAC experience; EPA Type II or Universal preferred
- Apartment maintenance or multifamily housing experience
- Ability to handle on-call rotation
- Strong communication & problem-solving skills
- Reliable transportation & basic tools
