SummaryThe Senior Project Manager leads end-to-end delivery of mission-critical complex technology projects, driving organizational excellence through strategic planning, risk mitigation, and seamless coordination of multi-disciplinary teams while maintaining uncompromising standards for safety, quality, budget, and timeline performance. This person drives compliance across all project phases, ensuring deliverables align with company policies, industry best practices, contractual obligations, and regulatory requirements. - A Competitive Salary range: $125,000 - $160,000
- Base salary may vary based on factors such as location, skills, and relevant experience. Some positions may include additional compensation in the form of bonuses or commissions.

- Oversee and direct all aspects of installation projects from conception to completion
- Schedule and direct the work of onsite and offsite staff to accomplish the project requirements
- Review the project requirements in-depth to schedule deliverables and estimate costs
- Coordinate and direct subcontractors
- Select tools, materials and equipment and track inventory (if necessary)
- Meet contractual conditions of performance
- Review the work progress on a daily basis
- Prepare internal and external reports pertaining to project status
- Plan ahead to prevent problems and resolve any emerging problems
- Analyze, manage and mitigate risks
- Ensure quality standards and proper compliance to client rules and regulations
- Schedule the project in logical steps and budget time required to meet deadlines
- Review contracts related to projects and understand the scope of work
- Manage the profitability of projects
- Provide feedback to project team members on performance
- Proactively communicates with and seeks feedback from customers on how SDI can maintain/improve customer satisfaction.
- Proven working experience in project management specific to information technology related projects
- Advanced knowledge of project management processes, means and methods
- Understanding of all facets of the development lifecycle
- Proven working experience with scheduling processes
- Ability to plan and see the big picture
- Competent in conflict management and problem resolution
- Detail oriented and organized with excellent time management skills
- Ability to give direction and delegate tasks
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills in a command and control organization
- Fundamental knowledge of project cost tracking and reporting
- Experience with a change control process and project governance
