Job Description

As a Senior SAP Key User at Bosch, you will be the first point of contact for issues related to the functionality and to support all SAP Logistics and Planning End-Users in the department.

• Provide SAP support to key and end users.
• First contact for end users in department
• Local information hub between BBM network and department
• 1st level - initial support for end user problems
  • Answer directly to process questions of end users and document solutions
• 2nd level - raise end user problems on behalf of end user
• Information sharing and coordination of process trainings to end users
• Local resource management for initiatives/projects/programs
• Initiate or promote sustainable local process improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or other related field
• 5+ years technical expertise in SAP
• 2+ years Manufacturing and Materials Planning or related experience
• Demonstrated experience in following-up and/or expediting for needed actions
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to successfully complete multiple tasks within established and changing deadlines
• Good knowledge in one or more process areas
• Self-driven, problem solving ability and continuous improvement mindset
