The company continuously develops its four sites in Budapest, Debrecen, Pécs and Szeged and is looking for skilled IT professionals to join its team.</p><h3>Job Description</h3><p>The team, the Digital HuB L2C develops, operates and supports the applications TSI-force based on Salesforce (SaaS), Salesforce Marketing Automation (SaaS), TS Internet (TSI Internet Portals) and TSI API layer with E2E responsibility.</p><p>We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst colleague to support the product owner in demand evaluation, design and modeling any new demands in Salesforce of T-Systems and administrate the user stories and features in Jira.</p><p>The project open API is responsible for the infrastructure of TSI as well as for the comprehensive monitoring of the new open APIs.<br/> In the same time, the team designs and develops chosen open APIs and prepares their hand-over to the TSI-programs.</p><p><strong>Tasks:</strong></p><ul><li>analysis of new demands</li><li>definition of Epics/issues</li><li>creation of data-mappings</li><li>take-over implementations based on approved designs</li></ul><h3>Qualifications</h3><p><strong>Must have:</strong></p><ul><li>Experience in microservice technologies</li><li>Hands-on experience with JIRA</li><li>Experience with open API/REST API</li><li>Requirements management</li><li>Agile working experience</li><li>Teamwork skills but also sense of autonomy</li><li>Cross functional collaboration</li><li>Flexibility in working, oriented to European working time</li><li>Analytical thinking</li><li>Good verbal and written communications skills in English, German is an advantage</li></ul><p><strong>Should have:</strong></p><ul><li>TM Forum Datamodel knowledge</li></ul><h3>Additional Information</h3><p>* Please be informed that our remote working possibility is only available within Hungary due to European taxation regulation.</p>
