Job Description
Step into a dynamic role that combines client relationship management with crucial operational support for a growing financial services organization. You’ll be at the intersection of client success and business operations, ensuring smooth delivery of financial services while maintaining the highest standards of professionalism and confidentiality. Responsibilities
- Drive client success through proactive appointment scheduling, follow-up, and calendar management
- Orchestrate internal team meetings and ensure seamless communication flow
- Champion client preparedness by monitoring document submissions and conducting thorough follow-up
- Maintain and optimize multiple tracking systems for business intelligence and reporting
- Execute data entry and analysis for key performance indicators (KPIs)
- Manage sensitive client documentation with meticulous attention to detail
- Support new team member onboarding through systematic tracking and coordination
- Ensure proper filing and organization of confidential financial documents
- Facilitate effective communication between team members and clients
- Generate and distribute essential meeting materials and follow-up documentation
Requirements
- Exceptional organizational skills with strong attention to detail
- Outstanding written and verbal communication abilities
- Previous experience in customer service or client relations
- Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Proficiency with digital tools and comfort learning new software systems
- Self-motivated with ability to work independently in a virtual environment
- Professional home office setup with reliable high-speed internet
- Flexibility to work US Eastern Time business hours
- Experience with CRM systems and calendar management tools preferred
- Background in financial services or related field a plus
