If so, submit your application today!</p><p></p><p><b>What we can offer you</b><br/>You will be a part of a finance team focusing on delivering operational excellence to our locations in Asia. You will be taking a key role in the daily T&amp;E operations for local entities and SSC itself, stabilizing and ensuring the smooth running of processes.</p><p></p><p><b>Your main tasks</b></p><ul><li>Being one of the key players in establishing a new process in our SSC in Warsaw</li><li>Participation in establishing centralized process in SSC in T&amp;E area</li><li>Reviewing travel expenses and ensuring they are accounted for correctly</li><li>Taking a part in transitions of T&amp;E processes from local entities</li><li>Stabilizing the migrated process</li><li>Ensuring the smooth running of the T&amp;E function including Internal Controls preparation, if needed</li><li>Prove the ability to communicate and effectively interact with people across cultures (both internally within Husqvarna team and externally)</li><li>Verifying the correctness and completeness of data, reports and statements along with the analysis of deviations</li><li>Maintenance and enhancement of NEO tool, in line with the business needs, participating in business meetings with KDS</li><li>Acting as a daily support to employees, managers, HR Business Partners and the Finance function regarding travel &amp; expenses reimbursement via the HR Service Portal <br/> </li></ul><p></p><p><b>Requirements</b></p><ul><li>Min. 5 years in similar position as T&amp;E/PTP/ AP Accountant in SSC/BPO environment</li><li>Relevant accounting qualifications</li><li>Hands on experience in driving continuous improvement</li><li>Knowledge of NEO &amp; JD Edwards or similar</li><li>Knowledge of SAP will be an asset</li><li>Experience in transitions</li><li>Good knowledge of MS Office</li><li>Very good command of English language</li><li>Flexibility, ability to deal with ambiguity and change</li><li>Excellent communication skills</li><li>Be a strong team player with a can-do attitude</li></ul><p></p><p><b>We offer you</b><br/><br/>Husqvarna Group offers a global dynamic workplace with a lot of potential for a person who is willing to take on responsibility.
