Introduction</strong></p><p>JISR Test, Experimentation and Evaluation Environment (JTEE) is a program that runs from 2022 until 2026. It will provide JISR in NATO and environment to conduct testing and experimentation in order to mature the JISR capabilities, systems and processes.</p><p>NCI Agency is leading this effort and is required to provide not only an infrastructure but also a team that will support this effort. One key position in this team is that of the Test Director. The Test Director is overseeing the test initiatives that take place in JTEE and needs to support the creation of a test suite for JISR as well as a good way to capture the results in order to help the progress of maturity of the JISR systems in NATO.</p><p><strong>2. Scope of Work and Objectives</strong></p><p>The post will provide support in the area of Test Management and Testing to the JTEE Activities but could also be required to support other testing initiatives within the JISR Centre. The work requires support to provide test plans, reports, and support to meetings (remote or in person) in the requested areas.</p><p>The scope is not limited to the above-mentioned tasks, and may be expanded with additional</p><p>tasks on an as-needed basis.</p><p><strong>Deliverables and Payment Milestones:</strong></p><p>All of the deliverables and the underlying work under this contract will be in English. eliverables will be sent via e-mail or removable media. Disclosure of any or all of the deliverables to another third party, besides NCI Agency, will require the prior agreement of NCI Agency.</p><p>The contractor will work using an iterative approach using multiple sprints. Each sprint is planned for a duration of 4 weeks where the work will not exceed 38 hrs per week. But there is the option to work less hours in agreement with NCI Agency. General project activities and requirements:</strong></p><p>1) Support the NCI Agency in the role of test director in the delivery of JISR interoperability testing</p><p>2) Manage, maintain and extend the overall test suite for JISR Centre</p><p>3) Support testing initiatives and document test plans and test result reports</p><p>4) Create tests in the NATO test management tool, to include automated test procedures</p><p>5) Participate in different interoperability events/exercises where JTEE is used</p><p>6) Frequent coordination with the NCI Agency project team.</p><p>7) Acceptance criteria:</p><p>a.
