ADMINISTRATIVE/TECHNICAL SPECIALIST

Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the NT-03 (GS-09/10 equivalent) pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector analyzing the financial resources for an organization. Examples of specialized experience may include: researching, interpreting, and applying Financial Management Regulation (FMR) and Joint Travel Regulation (JTR) guidelines to complex financial operations; leveraging knowledge of financial and travel systems data to diagnose system deficiencies and develop corrective actions; utilizing office and graphic applications to deliver clear, data-driven financial reports and briefings to leadership; implementing DoD Working Capital Fund (WCF) financial policies, processes and procedures.
