We have an exciting Hybrid opportunity for a Senior Manager, FP&A – Military Engines MRO!
We in the Military Aftermarket organization play a critical role in supporting the airpower needs of the United States Military and its allies by sustaining fleet readiness. Military Engines Aftermarket Operations – Maintenance, Repair and Overhaul (ME-MRO) is responsible for overhauling and repairing P&W Military Engines such as the F119, F135, F100 and F117 in support of worldwide fleets. The Military Engines Maintenance, Repair and Overhaul (MRO) is a 200 million dollar business with operations in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma; Columbus, Georgia; and United States Air Force bases across the world.
FP&A Sr. Manager will provide financial oversight of the F100 and F117 MRO programs.
What You Will Do:
- Business partner with operations providing financial leadership and support.
- Preparation of annual budget, long range plan, and monthly forecast.
- Oversee month end closing activities and MML reporting packages.
- Review of P&L for accuracy and completeness.
- Analyze and prepare summaries for management review.
- Partner with Government Pricing team to prepare initial and final pricing packages.
- Preparation and oversight of booking of sales order level detail for sales and margin, including FLUX analysis.
- Oversee module, USAF and Eagle Supply invoicing and reporting.
- Oversee the research of extraordinary items and A/R overdue.
- Assist materials team with analysis to support material shipments/cost alternatives.
- Prepare annual EAC (estimate at completion) and LDD (lost, damaged, destroyed) processes and recommend improvements.
- Maintain excellence in management controls and accounting, including compliance with Sarbanes-Oxley requirements.
- Lead MRO process improvement initiatives & process improvements.
- Provide leadership and guidance to F100 and F117 finance team fostering a collaborative and high-performing work environment.
- Potential of 5-10% travel.
Qualifications You Must Have:
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance and 10+ years of experience in an accounting and/or finance role; OR an Advanced degree in accounting or finance and 7+ years of experience in an accounting and/or finance role.
- Must be a U.S. Citizen. This position may require access to systems/tools that are restricted to individuals who possess US citizenship.
Qualifications We Prefer:
- Government experience strongly preferred.
- SAP experience preferred.
