Interapt is seeking a team of Junior IT Support Analysts to provide systems oversight and offer support to both internal and external users. The ideal candidate will have the drive to learn, an eagerness to help others, and most importantly be a team player. Interapt will provide extensive training to ensure team members are set up for success - this is an excellent opportunity for early career candidates and non-degreed talent.

The IT Support Analyst role is a full-time opportunity with an immersive paid training, a competitive salary, and a comprehensive benefits package. Candidates must have access to reliable broadband internet access. We are only considering talent that can work a hybrid onsite schedule in Rahway, NJ.

Capacity to participate and successfully complete the full-time, remote, 14-week training program is required to pursue this opportunity. Classes are held virtually and run full-time, Monday through Friday, 8 hours a day. You can expect 1 – 3 hours of homework each night.

Responsibilities will include:

• Managing Office 365 Suite of software products & services
• Deploying Security & System Updates Across business network
• Windows Admin Tasks (user management, network maintenance, etc.)
• Communicating with internal & external stakeholders
• Utilizing Business & Support Ticket Management tools such as Jira & ServiceNow
• Mapping Business Processes
• Managing Workflows
• Technical Writing in relation to business systems and processes
• Utilizing AWS services for RPA and OCR tasks
• Robotic Process maintenance
• Connecting and managing ERP’s for supply chain transaction flows

Requirements

• You must be at least 18 years of age
• You must have a High School Diploma or equivalent
• You must be a US Citizen or permanent resident - This opportunity does not qualify for immediate or future sponsorship.
• You must be able to work 2-3 days onsite in the Rahway, NJ office after the 14 week training - non- negotiable

Preference for general knowledge in:

• Agile Methodologies
• Cloud environment
• Windows Network Environment
