THE ROLE  When you join the YES Prep team, some of the exciting work and responsibilities will include: 

Working one-on-one with students with significant language learning needs;

Assisting classroom teacher with the supervision of identified students in instructional settings;

Assisting classroom teacher with behavior management techniques by demonstrating, modeling, and positively reinforcing desired behaviors;

Maintaining data as identified by teacher(s) and/or Behavior Intervention Plan;

Assisting in tailoring lessons to an individual student’s needs;

Supporting classroom teacher with lesson plans by practicing and reinforcing learning concepts and assisting students in reaching goals;

Assisting students in performing self-help and academic skills;

Assisting with administration and scoring of tests and work assignments;

Assisting classroom teacher with implementation of accommodations and/or modif
