Description:

The Broadcast Producer will work closely with the Senior Director of Broadcast Production and Business Manager to define, scope, estimate, contract, plan, cast, supervise and deliver largescale campaign content intended for cross-platform use, including broadcast, CTV, OLV web, social and other paid media. 

Professional Requirements:

  • 10+ years of agency production experience required, with both Union and Non-Union      Productions, and knowledge of critical, associated rules.
  • Deep industry relationships and knowledge of current and upcoming players and talent is essential to ensuring we are partnering with the best and brightest talent for the greatest value and efficiency. 

Role Description:

  • Work closely with Senior Broadcast Director, team creative leads, project managers and business managers to develop and execute a plan to bring the creative and client vision to life
  • Research deeply to thoughtfully recommend appropriate directors, production and post partners for the creative, budget and timing
  • Create production timelines, estimates, and spec sheets for bidding 
  • Ensure alignment with internal Business Manager while developing project specs that inform talent and production estimates, necessary clearances, and licenses
  • Lead client bid alignment meeting, and secure formal estimate approvals before bidding
  • Facilitate creative exploratory calls and treatment reviews for final shortlist evaluation
  • Partner with creative team to answer and guide the award process
  • Lead client recommendation meeting as needed, and support agency recommendation
  • Facilitate awarding and contracting with Business Manager
  • Partner with Business Manager for seamless vendor contracting, payment and process
  • Lead kick off meetings upon award and captain the production process from beginning to end
  • Become a trusted creative and account partner, pushing to elevate concept and execution, in scope, at every turn
  • Lead production and post-production process, to deliver a stellar finished product
