This is your chance to be a part of creating great workdays, realise the potential of renewable energy and make a positive impact on our planet.  </p><p>As a trainee within HR Global People Experiences, you'll:</p><ul><li>Offer effective and efficient advice, coaching, guidance, and support to employees and people leaders </li><li>Work closely with employees and stakeholders to understand and assess the needs of the business and employees to find new and effective solutions </li><li>Co-create great people experiences together with our process- and digital teams, through the combination of people, technology, and process </li><li>Collaborate with our HR digital team and stakeholders across Statkraft to find new solutions to business people's challenges </li></ul><h3>Qualifications</h3><p>We need graduates who are motivated to be part of the green transition and welcome individuals from different backgrounds that want to help change the world with us. Statkraft is looking for trainees<em> </em>with the essential skills to future-proof our business and renewable energy solutions. To be successful, we believe you have:</p><ul><li>Master's degree within relevant areas (human resources, business, leadership, organisational psychology, technology, or similar)</li><li>No more than one year of work experience post-education (excluding internships / part-time jobs)</li><li>An interest in relocating during your trainee programme for a period of 6 months </li><li>Proficiency in English (additional fluency in European languages is advantageous)</li><li>The ability to understand people's needs and motivations, as well as the skills to provide advice and guidance for great experiences </li><li>Curiosity and knowledge about new technologies and methods</li><li>Ability to analyse a challenge, identify potential solutions, and win over decision-makers to drive through a solution</li></ul><p>Experiences in these areas are also useful:</p><ul><li>Knowledge of methods for change management and continuous improvement (e.g. Agile, Lean)</li><li>Skilled in data and analytics </li><li>Project management </li></ul><p>At Statkraft, we’re always looking for people who love to lead, teach, and learn.
