Purpose Statement

The primary role of the Corporate Services Coordinator - Warehouse is to support the various operational needs of Rich Products Corporation’s world headquarters in Buffalo, NY. The Corporate Services Coordinator - Warehouse oversees various tasks such as receiving inbound shipments, material coordination/handling for supplies and distribution, processing outgoing mail/packages, maintaining facility inventory, coordinating record retention, community engagement support, local courier driving, and handling other related responsibilities.

 

Must be able to work from Monday - Thursday 7am-4pm ET, Friday 7am-12pm ET. Every 4th week: Monday 7am-12pm ET, Tuesday - Friday 7am-4pm ET.

 

 

 

Key Accountabilities and Outcomes

  • Manage the receipt and tracking of all incoming air, ground, and LTL shipments using specialized software. Notify internal customers and efficiently distribute received items

  • Pack, process, and ship outgoing air, ground, and LTL shipments for internal departments, ensuring items are prepared according to specifications 

  • Conduct shuttle runs, transporting materials or goods between locations as needed, and schedule routine maintenance for company vehicles

  • Handle Record Retention requests for internal customers

  • Maintain product and supply inventory following established procedures for various departments

  • Accurately record received and shipped items according to established protocols

  • Coordinate and assist with special mailings, tradeshows, and other unique projects

  • Keep information and data related to mailing and shipping procedures up to date

  • Undertake special projects as assigned, including providing support for shareholders

  • Perform any other duties necessary to support the business objectives of Rich Products Corporation

 

 

 

 

Knowledge, Skills, and Experience

  • Associate or Bachelor’s degree preferred; High School Diploma/GED required

  • 3 years of Warehouse and/or Shipping and Receiving experience is strongly preferred

  • Proficiency with PC and Microsoft Office software is required

  • Must be able to collaborate with large groups of people daily

  • Must be comfortable working in a warehouse environment and office environment

  • Strong adaptability and versatility to excel in a dynamic work environment with frequently changing tasks and responsibilities

  • Ability to coordinate and organize project details while meeting customer expectations

  • Demonstrated effective written and verbal communication skills

  • Ability to work and excel in a team environment

  • Preferred proficiency with FedEx/UPS and inbound receiving/shipping systems

  • Ability to prioritize and execute tasks effectively and efficiently

  • SAP experience is preferred

  • Ability to perform heavy lifting (50lbs) daily

  • Ability to operate electric pallet jack is highly preferred

  • Forklift certification is preferred

  • Clean driving background

COMPENSATION

In accordance with state law, the rate or range provided is Rich Products Corporation, its subsidiaries and affiliates ("Rich's"), reasonable estimate of the base compensation for this role. The actual amount may be higher or lower, based on non-discriminatory factors such as experience, knowledge, skills, abilities, shift differential, and location.

 

Annual Range/Hourly Rate

$43,704.96 - $59,130.24
