About the role
Our Oracle HR Services team is a collaborative environment where we adapt quickly and influence change! Come join us! This role is located in Rocklin, CA and the team is onsite 3 days/week. Local candidates will be considered.

- You will look for opportunities and solutions before others even notice a problem; you are always looking to improve and contribute in creative ways
- You will implement, coordinate and complete activities, initiatives, and tasks to further the strategic goals of the program
- You will be proficient at scoping projects and improvement efforts, including analyzing the current state, working with internal customers to articulate a clear future vision, the business value to be delivered, and the plan to accomplish it.
- You will proactively lead partner, customer and collaborator communications and change management plans
- Design and monitor key program performance indicators and goals to ensure progress and success
- You will proactively raise issues and problems appropriately to management to mitigate risks.
- You will use design thinking and seek feedback to improve the design and deliverables of programs
- You will give presentations and report out to senior level leadership on program performance on a regular basis
- You will mentor and support the development your peers by providing guidance, training, coaching, and feedback.
- You will share standard methodologies with the team that drives efficiency and effectiveness in our processes.
- You will consult on solutions, and partner with business groups to evaluate effectiveness.
- You will work with cross-functional teams and consult to deliver quality detailed design solutions.
- You will dig into the root cause of issues, identify gaps, and make recommendations to improve the customer experience and operational efficiencies.
- You will create, lead, and facilitate training workshops and socialize standard methodologies.
- You will prepare your collaborators and teams for change through open and frequent communication and training.
- You will communicate and collaborate with global partners across multiple organizations, teams, regions, and teams.
- Other duties as assigned.
Job Requirements:
- You have experience designing and leading HR projects in a global organization
- You will have the ability to work independently under limited supervision, as well as work effectively as part of
- You are a skilled problem solver with demonstrated analytical ability to assess complex data to identify trends and themes to apply strategic solutions and drive business decisions.
- You are experienced in applying project management methodologies to drive high visibility projects to successful completion.
- You love applying design thinking to continually evaluate user experience and interaction.
- You have the demonstrated ability to apply continuous improvement standard methodologies to identify improvement strategies and innovation.
- You are a change agent and thrive in entrepreneurial environments.
- You have a passion for knowledge and information sharing [people and systems].
- You are a diplomatic and influential partner with management, business partners, and other key collaborators.
- You are a skilled verbal and written communicator.
- You know how to represent a problem to others, and how to work with them efficiently to solve the problem. You have the ability to educate others on complex subject areas.
- You will be customer-service oriented.
- You waste no time and are fearless in your approach to learn.
- Practical experience working in a fast-paced, complex corporate environment.
- Typically requires a Bachelor's degree and/or a minimum 5 years of prior relevant experience.
Preferred:
- Lean Six Sigma certification
- PMP or CAPM certification
- Change Management certification (Prosci)

US: Hiring Range: from $24.76 to $67.93 per hour; from $51,500 to $141,300 per annum. May be eligible for equity.
