Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of the Material Handling team, ensuring that all operations are executed safely and efficiently.
Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and develop strategies to improve productivity, quality, and safety metrics.
Provide training, guidance, and mentorship to team members to enhance their skills and promote professional development.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize supply chain processes and resolve any operational issues.
Participate in the development and implementation of policies and procedures that enhance organizational efficiency.
