Job Description

We are seeking MBA graduates from INSEAD to become part of Roland Berger and contribute to our exciting projects as (Senior) Consultants.

Join our dynamic team where initiative, creativity, and risk-taking are encouraged. As an integral part of our entrepreneurial environment, you'll assume significant responsibilities from day one. As a Consultant, you'll collaborate with clients across diverse industries, crafting and executing impactful strategies and business models on international projects. You'll also advise clients on strategic initiatives, analyzing their current status, identifying opportunities and risks, and devising growth-enhancing strategies. This role offers a platform to demonstrate your expertise and leadership in challenging projects.
