We are looking for a proactive individual that will work closely with our CRM Director to continually improve and enhance our Salesforce platform though implementing best practice solutions. Our Salesforce user experience is of great importance to us, so we are looking for someone that can assist in gathering requirements, feedback and implementing solutions to drive process improvements and efficiencies for our team.

Candidates should have a strong understanding of the Salesforce Sales Cloud platform and a desire to keep learning. Candidates should be comfortable liaising with users and enjoy learning new business processes to translate them into technical solutions.

Responsibilities

• Acting as a first-line response to queries and issues that arise within Salesforce.
• Support the Salesforce team in gathering and analyzing business requirements from internal teams and designing solutions.
• Gather detailed requests from stakeholders for improvements or changes to the system and prioritize and implement these changes as appropriate.
• Hands on configuration of all new and existing features including user management, security, custom objects, page layouts, lightning pages, validation rules, flows, reports, dashboards, and 3rd party applications.
• Perform mass inserts and updates as needed using the Salesforce Dataloader or other similar tools.
• Assist in building process maps.
• Assist in building training materials and holding training sessions for internal teams.

Requirements

Requirements

• 2+ years Salesforce Administrator experience
• Experience using Salesforce Sales Cloud
• Certified Salesforce Administrator
• Certified Salesforce Platform App Builder Preferred
• Experience using the Salesforce Dataloader
• Advanced Microsoft Office skills especially Excel

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Technology, or an equivalent degree.
• Work experience in lieu of a degree will also be considered
