Basic Purpose

The Senior Treasury Analyst will be a valuable member of the company’s corporate Treasury team who will assist the Director of Cash Management and Shared Services in managing corporate treasury and cash management functions. As a Treasury Analyst, you will play a crucial role in managing our company's financial operations and ensuring the efficient handling of cash flow. The candidate should also be highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to work independently and collaboratively.

 

This role is hybrid and is onsite 3 days per week.

 

Position Responsibilities

  • Monitor daily cash balances and forecast daily cash needs, both domestically and internationally.
  • Execute cash management activities such as wire transfers, ACH payments, check disbursements, and debt financing decisions.
  • Conduct foreign exchange transactions.
  • Assist with management of bank and financial institution relationships.
  • Interact closely with banks, legal, and other internal stake holders to open, close, and maintain bank accounts.
  • Month-end close activities for Treasury.
  • Periodic unclaimed property processing.
  • Perform detailed and accurate analysis related to bank fees, intercompany netting, and other cash activities.
  • Provide support for treasury-related inquiries and projects.
  • Assist in all internal and external audit requests.
  • Other tasks as assigned.

 

Minimum Requirements (Education, Experience & Skills)

  • Bachelor's degree in accounting, or finance
  • Two or more years of accounting/ banking experience
  • Proven experience in continuous process improvement
  • Strong proven analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Excellent verbal and written skills with the ability to effectively communicate with varying levels of management
  • Proven ability to plan, organize, prioritize, and meet deadlines
