Job Title: Advanced Algorithms Research Intern

Analog Devices (NASDAQ: ADI) defines innovation and excellence in signal processing. ADI's analog, mixed-signal, and digital signal processing integrated circuits play a fundamental role in converting, conditioning, and processing real-world phenomena such as light, sound, temperature, motion, and pressure into electrical signals to be used in a wide array of electronic equipment.

The Analog Garage Research Lab and AI Solutions BU, both located in Boston, MA, are driving innovative and groundbreaking technologies for Analog Devices in the fields of signal processing, computer vision, machine learning and artificial intelligence, communications, and other areas of electrical engineering and computer science. We are looking for research interns for both groups.

The internship positions focused on machine learning and signal processing. The internship activities will depend on the type of internship, but may include:
- Creating novel algorithms specialized for applications relevant to Analog Devices.
- Developing software simulations and analyzing performance of algorithms.

- Analyzing performance of hardware systems.
- Collaborating with other scientists and engineers to implement the algorithms on a suitable platform.

- Documenting and presenting research activities.
 

Qualifications:
A bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Physics, Mathematics or a related field is normally required. Candidates should be working towards a Ph.D. degree in one of these fields, and must be graduating within the next two years. Candidates should have a strong background in one or more of the following areas: machine learning, signal processing, computer vision, algorithm development, or software development.
