About the Role
Diverse responsibilities: You will be accountable for the administration of data updates in HR systems in compliance with HR policies and standard operating procedures, execution of onboarding and payroll processes, as well as delivery of an exceptional experience conveying company policies and general HR information, resolution of payroll and benefits questions.
Collaborative work environment: You will act as a point of contact for employee inquiries, work closely with the HR Operations Director and broader HR, Finance and Compliance teams, and oversee coordination of tasks related to offboarding current employees, partnering with people managers, HR team and stakeholders across HW.
Professional development: We care about your training and development. New employees will participate in role specific training to set you up for success. This role also assists on special projects as needed to develop process improvement skills and get exposure to project management. You will be a continuous learner adapting to new policies and procedures required to process and resolve personnel transactions, inquiries, and issues.

Job Specific Competencies, Education and Experience:
Ability to work in the U.S. without sponsorship
Bachelor’s degree
Minimum 2+ years of experience in HR, financial or professional services industry preferred
Excel – Understanding of formulas, data
