Full Role Hours: 9-10 hours per week - $12.50/hour
Description of the Position: (Purpose of the Position): To enable students by facilitating the learning and understanding of course material by leading SI sessions. Supplemental Instruction leaders will be eligible for OEP credit upon completion of three semesters as an SI leader.

Duties and Responsibilities:
Plan, prepare and conduct SI sessions in order to best fit the needs of the students
Attend regular class sessions and thoroughly familiarize self with course material
Welcome feedback from staff and students in order to respond to the needs of the class
Attend biweekly staff meetings and meet with Academic Success Center staff for professional development
Encourage attendance and use of SI as a service to the student body
Act as student liaison for the Academic Success Center
