Location: Mechanicsburg, PA (ONSITE)
Schedule: Monday-Friday

Job Summary:
The Distribution Center Supervisor is responsible for leading daily warehouse operations and ensuring the efficient flow, accuracy, and availability of inventory across assigned branches. This role plays a critical part in supporting business performance by maintaining organized, reliable, and high-functioning distribution center operations. Working cross-functionally with Logistics, Inventory, Purchasing, and Branch leadership, this position drives efficiency, accountability, and continuous improvement across all warehouse processes.
Key Role Accountabilities:
• Oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, storage, transfers, and shipments
• Maintain accurate, organized inventory and ensure all materials are properly tracked
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely availability of materials across locations
• Monitor and improve processes to drive efficiency and reduce delays
• Manage incoming deliveries, verify purchase orders, and resolve discrepancies
• Ensure compliance with safety standards, OSHA requirements, and company policies
• Lead and support warehouse staff, reinforcing accountability and performance expectations
Must-Have/Preferred Requirements:
• 2+ years of warehouse, shipping/receiving, or distribution experience
• Forklift experience required
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, hands-on environment
• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs
• Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office; WMS experience preferred)
• Strong communication skills and a proactive, problem-solving mindset
