POSITION SUMMARY:
The Regional TMBC Operations Manager provides full-spectrum sales, operational, service, and parts support for assigned Tracker Marine Boat Center (TMBC) dealerships across Bass Pro Shops, Cabela’s, and Free-Standing locations. Serving as a leading business partner to the entire TMBC dealership team, this role supports both Sales and Service operations by collaborating with retail General Managers, Regional Directors, and Boat Managers to drive performance, develop outfitters, and enhance the overall customer experience. This is an individual contributor role accountable for improving operational execution and financial performance across all dealership functions. The Regional TMBC Operations Manager ensures consistent application of company standards, resolves field-level issues, and contributes to continuous improvement initiatives in alignment with store and company goals.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
Deliver world-class customer service by promoting a positive and productive experience for outfitters and customers; promptly resolve complaints and concerns.
Act as a trusted business partner to store leadership, collaborate with retail General Managers, Regional Directors, and Boat Managers to evaluate operations, identify opportunities, and recommend strategies to improve results.
Drive store-level performance across sales, service, and parts by implementing company programs and reviewing key performance indicators including labor, sublet, and parts sales margins.
Provide expert-level guidance in developing and supporting sales and service productivity goals for Sales and Service Outfitters.
Conduct regular visits to TMBC locations to evaluate operations, provide feedback, and support team development.
Lead or participate in regional calls and meetings to roll out initiatives, communicate updates, and reinforce awareness of marketing campaigns, promotional activities, and policy changes.
Monitor and address sales, service, and parts performance metrics, including CSI (Customer Satisfaction Index) trends.
Oversee and train on the use of the Dealer Management System (DMS), including Unit Sales, Work Order processing, Warranty Claim submission, and Parts Department operations.
Partner with store leadership to develop Sales and Service Managers and key hourly positions through recruitment, training, and performance management practices.
Collaborate with internal WRMG Warranty and Customer Service Teams to report and resolve product quality issues.
Support execution and audit compliance for TMBC and Internal Audit programs; take corrective action as needed.
Represent the brand and dealership at special events such as boat shows, open houses, and offsite community activations.

EXPERIENCE/QUALIFICATIONS:
Minimum Degree Required: High School Diploma or Equivalent
Preferred Degree: Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in the boating industry, retail or wholesale operations.
Years of experience: Minimum of 5 years of leadership experience in dealership, marine, or powersports operations, preferably with TMBC, Bass Pro Shops, Cabela’s, or WRMG.
Must possess and maintain a valid driver’s license.
Ongoing verification of driving eligibility will be conducted to ensure compliance with company and regulatory standards.
Must be at least 21 years old to qualify for this position.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITY:
Strong financial and operational acumen, including analysis of sales, margins, labor efficiency, and customer satisfaction metrics.
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills; able to influence and support leaders at all levels of the organization.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and initiatives.
Proficient in Microsoft Office, database systems, electronic point-of-sale, and inventory management platforms.
Demonstrates positive leadership, fosters teamwork, and encourages continuous improvement through constructive feedback.
Confident in delivering presentations, leading meetings, and coaching frontline leaders.
Must have and maintain a company-approved driving record.
TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS:
Extensive travel required: 2–3 weeks per month across assigned region(s).
