Security Officer

Security Officer, $15.00 hr

Security Officers needed to adhere to security operating procedures (SOP) and maintain a safe and secure environment for the Roberts’ Stadium Club. RSC is a multi-story office/condominium complex with a food court and public parking garage located next to the University of Florida. Security Officer must be able to work independently, as part of a team and be capable of conducting foot patrols within the interior and exterior of the site; and be able to safely navigate an electric motorized cart within the parking garage.

Responsibilities include:
• Communicating with clients, staff, security personnel and management
• Provide courteous, respectful and pleasant interactions
• Conduct foot patrols
• Prepare reports on daily shift activity
• Communicate pertinent information to staff members and Property Manager
• Handle emergency response in accordance with established procedures
• Document and report incidents and maintenance matters

Qualifications:
• High School Diploma or G.E.D.
• Ability to pass background and drug screening
• Clear and concise verbal and written communication skills
• Satisfactory driving record (required to operate company-owned vehicle)
• Professional Demeanor and Appearance
• High Level of Integrity
• Strong Work Ethic
• Attention to detail
• CCTV and Access control experience
• Ability to work independently and with other security team members
• Prior experience required - (security, military or law enforcement)
