Registered Nurse – Medical Progressive Care, University – Full-time, Special Weekend Option, Sundays

We have an exciting and rewarding full-time special weekend opportunity for Sundays (Saturday/Sunday available as well) available on our Medical Progressive Care Unit at University Hospital! This ICU stepdown unit provides hands on care for complex medical patients with cystic fibrosis, sickle cell, acute/end stage liver failure along with a multitude of other co-morbidities. Qualifications 

• Requires an Associates of Nursing (ASN); Bachelors of Nursing (BSN) preferred.
• Requires an active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Indiana or an active Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC) RN license.
• Requires that the RN has graduated from a nationally accredited nursing program.
• Requires Basic Life Support certification through the AHA.
• Other advanced Life Support certifications may be required per unit/department specialty according to patient care policies.
