Description:

The Director Marketing Business Partner will provide hands on marketing consultation to generate demand for the talent solutions brands within Vaco Holdings. This role will plan and deliver a strategic marketing plan based on specific growth priorities of the business and will act as a liaison between the business, marketing and sales. This role will partner with global marketing organization to strategize and execute.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Partners with Global Marketing team and with brand marketers to design programs and find opportunities to drive collaboration.
• Work closely with colleagues to manage content and event strategy, campaign design and delivery, sales material development and support.
• Responsible for overall positioning of Vaco and Focus Search Partners products and solutions.
• Key liaison between business/commercial leaders and the Global Marketing team regarding business marketing needs and reporting.
• Act as an Vaco Holdings brand ambassador who is closely aligned with brand strategy, messaging, and storytelling.

Education and Experience: 

• Bachelor’s Degree
• At least 10 years experience
• B2B Marketing experience preferably in a talent solution or staffing industry

 

Location:  Remote

 

Travel Requirements:   

10% travel (e.g., 10% travel to differing locations, 90% of the time working from an office)
