Purpose

Ensure organizational alignment and acceleration of key corporate strategic initiatives.

Major Responsibilities

· Use advanced knowledge to manage and monitor the acceleration of strategic initiatives in the GCOO regions.

· Collaborate with business units to ensure alignment with organizational initiatives and priorities.

· Maintain timely and accurate records of acceleration project progress and materials.

· Identify opportunities and implement processes to continuously enhance the management and progress of key strategic initiatives.

· Exercise discretion to support the GCOO Office in all activities related to acceleration.

Authority

· Provide recommendations to management (direct and executive).

· Responsible for decision making related to corporate governance.

· Responsibilities of authority include the day-to-day operation of business, development of key relationships between and among employees and customers

Education

~ Bachelor’s degree preferred~ Must be a high school graduate~ Master’s degree a plus

Related Experience

• Eight or more years of direct experience in planning or managing global projects.
• Direct experience working with C-suite executives
• Automotive OEM experience a plus

Skills/Knowledge

· Excel, PowerPoint, Word.

· Good organizational and team leadership skills.

· Effective communication skills.

· Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.

· Automobile industry knowledge and history expert.

Compensation

$103,600.00 - $148,000.00 Annual

Actual pay will be based on skills, experience and education. Our total rewards package includes base salary, bonus and benefits.
