Job Description

This role will be part of a team solely dedicated to the consistent execution of contractual terms within our Americas North commercial agreements. You will oversee contractual enforcement for the Americas North region with Revenues in excess of $1.5B, with the potential to capture leakage in the range of 1-3% on this Revenue base.

This is a remote opportunity. 

Responsibilities:

• Consistently review and improve upon operating procedures to detect and identify leakage in our commercial contracts
• Manage multiple ongoing projects and analyses and be able to quickly transition between projects
• Provide feedback on areas of improvement within customer contracts
• Follow standard operating procedures that will be used to identify, track and ultimately eliminate or collect upon contractual leakage
• Identify areas of non-compliance and communicate these to relevant stakeholders 
• Collaborate with legal, finance, and procurement teams to resolve compliance issues 
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of relevant laws, regulations, and company policies 
• Develop and implement processes and procedures to improve contract compliance 
• Prepare reports and presentations to communicate contract compliance status to senior management 

Skills needed:

• Clearly track and report out progress against KPI’s
• The ability to work cross-functionally with different departments
• A deep understanding of sources of leakage and help to explain and communicate these impacts to the Commercial team
• The ability to manage large amounts of data effectively and efficiently

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Sales or Business Administration or equivalent years of role specific experience
• Experience with Power Bi & VBA preferred
• Experience with Microsoft Excel is required
• Experience with SAP ERP system is required
• Basic Legal Contract knowledge is a plus
• 2+ years of relevant experience in commercial, legal, business analysis, finance or product management

Salary Range:  The expected salary range for this position is between $53,200 - $79,800.    Actual pay will be adjusted based upon candidate experience and other job-related factors permitted by law.
