Your Job

What this role looks like.

• Providing technical consultation on as well as globally implementing and configuring ServiceNow HR Service Delivery
• Recording and evaluating technical requirements from internal stakeholders and developing solutions
• Driving global HR digitalisation forward
• Identifying and deriving country and market best practices and translating the findings into an optimised user experience
• Managing agile projects in a dynamic environment
• Managing and further developing our solutions based on our change, release and incident management processes
• Advising our internal clients

Your Profile

What you bring with you.

• Degree with a focus on information technology or business administration 
• Sound IT and ITIL knowledge  
• Experience using HR solutions and HCM suites (e.g. ServiceNow, Workday, SuccessFactors) 
• Confident and convincing demeanour with good communication skills 
• Structured, independent and solution-oriented working style 
• High affinity for the interaction between IT solutions and business processes
• Professional fluency in German and English 

 

Desirable extras.

• Project management experience
• Experience in applying agile frameworks
• Experience in using ServiceNow HR Service Delivery
